How we train …

On-ice and off-ice training is critical to building both technique and stamina. It doesn’t matter for how long or how often, it just matters that you keep going and develop your skills. Experts, such as John Marsden, are brought in to increase the strength, speed and balance of skaters.  Individual training programs are developed to aid each skater to exceed.
